When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders are hand-assembled in small batches and ship in the order they're received. We'll email a tracking number as soon as your unit leaves the workshop.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes. Pre-orders are fully refundable up until your unit ships. After shipping, returns follow our standard policy.
